December 17, 1958 - April 26, 2022

Randy D. Surrena, age 63, of Findley Township, passed peacefully at home on Tuesday morning, April 26, 2022.

Randy was born in Grove City on Dec. 17, 1958, to Richard D. and Joann (Grossman) Surrena.   He married Clarinda K. Weaver on Aug. 17, 2013; she survives at home.

Randy was graduate of Grove City High School in 1977.   During high school and following, he was employed by Schall’s Tire Sales. 

Later Randy was employed at Cooper Bessemer, and he retired from General Electric, both of Grove City.

Randy was a member of the VFW Post 519, Fraternal Order of Eagles, both Grove City, and the American Legion Post 159, Mercer, PA.

He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Grove City.

Randy enjoyed skydiving and had jumped over 100 times.

In addition to his wife Clarinda at home, he is survived by his daughters, Renelle Surrena, and Kayla (Skip) Dehus, two grandchildren, Jimmy and Garrett, his mother, Joann Surrena, two sisters, Rhonda Smith, and Renea (Rob) Gaus, and a brother, Richard Surrena. Many nieces and nephews and extended family members also survive.  He was preceded in death by his father, and a nephew, Brent McCoy.
